Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during the KYC verification process — constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance. zk555 may request updated documentation at any time to confirm the continued accuracy of account information.

All withdrawal requests require successful completion of the zk555 KYC verification process. Black Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing, with most requests completed within a few hours of approval. Withdrawals may not be processed while a Bonus Balance with outstanding wagering requirements remains active on the account. Players may forfeit active bonus balances in order to proceed with a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance, subject to the bonus terms applicable to the specific promotion.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by zk555 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using a Bonus Balance before it can be converted to a Real Money Balance and withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a Rs 5,000 bonus means the player must place cumulative bets totalling Rs 150,000 before the bonus converts. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

zk555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an offer at the time of modification retain their existing terms for that specific promotion unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
All RNG-based games on the zk555 Platform — including slots, RNG table games, and virtual sports — use certified random number generation technology supplied by internationally recognised game studios. Game outcomes are statistically independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action.
Live dealer games are operated in real time from licensed studios by certified dealers. zk555 does not control the physical dealing of cards, spinning of wheels, or other live game mechanics. All live game outcomes are final once the round has been closed by the dealer.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the outcome or payout of a game round, zk555 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet amount to the Player's account. zk555 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

zk555 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; detection of prohibited activities as described in Section 9; or where required by applicable law or regulation.
Upon account closure by zk555 for cause, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings accrued through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to the completion of any outstanding investigation. Where closure results from legal or regulatory requirements, funds may be held pending resolution of those requirements.
Players who wish to close their zk555 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 24/7 live support team through the account dashboard. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled or the corresponding Bonus Balance forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to the verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk555 excludes all liability for: losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform; interruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials; and any indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits zk555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. zk555's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by zk555 is governed by the zk555 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on zk555, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
zk555 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for all personal information at rest. zk555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — zk555 will provide at least 14 days' notice via the registered email address associated with the account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
For minor amendments — including typographic corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates required for legal or regulatory compliance — changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence standards under which zk555 operates. Where a dispute involves a Pakistani player, zk555 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter in a manner consistent with applicable Pakistani consumer protection principles.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and zk555, the Player should first contact the 24/7 support team via live chat to attempt informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 10 business days, the Player may escalate the dispute to the zk555 complaints handling team by sending written details to the email address specified in Section 17. zk555 commits to providing a written response to formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
